Customized cans

We are an authorized CanPack, dealer, we offer cans of all types and sizes. There are no limits to your imagination – Billion Dots digital printing technology can do anything including metallic effects, matt and gloss finishes as well as tactile 3D partial varnish. We also offer the so-called Shrinksleeve labels, no print. Batch and expiry date marking on the bottom of the can is a matter of course.

Why future belongs to cans?

Cans are the future

More than a century ago, the famous Czech thinker Jára Cimrman said that the future belonged to aluminium. And he was right. In fact, the aluminium can is currently the most recyclable beverage container on the planet.

How is that possible?

• The average can contains 70% recycled material. In plastic bottles, the proportion is roughly half that.
• Aluminium can be recycled virtually indefinitely. Plastic is constantly degrading and will eventually end up in landfill or incineration anyway.
• Aluminium cans require less energy to recycle than plastic bottles. So recycling it leaves a smaller carbon footprint.
• And how do cans compare to glass bottles? You might say that glass bottles always win. But that’s not true: because they are heavy, transporting them is significantly less environmentally friendly. And although bottles can be reused, aggressive chemicals are used to clean them and the recycling rate of new bottles tends to be much lower than that of cans.

Mobile beverage bottling

You don’t have to drive anywhere to bottle your beverage. We will come to you with a mobile filling line. And how does it work? Upon arrival, we sanitise the line, pre-blow the cans with CO2, fill them with your beverage and seal them perfectly. Then we rinse them with water and dry them. Our Wild Goose line can spin 6.3 hectolitres of beverage per hour.
